It’s a lighter, no-bake cheesecake with a dark chocolate crumb crust, a red rhubarb-and-strawberry marble and a creamy white chocolate filling. A touch of ground fennel adds a subtle licorice note. Best of all, it sets in the fridge — no oven required.
