Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 diced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Toss the diced chicken with the buffalo sauce and set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.

Fold the buffalo chicken, green onions and half of the cheddar into the cream cheese mixture until combined.

Spread the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
