On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mainly on newer spots, but I also include a few places I’ve visited before that still feel fresh to the valley. One of those staples is Beaumont. Today I picked up a breakfast burrito there and knew it deserved a spot on the list.

I love Beaumont for many reasons, but the top two are convenience and freshness. If you spend time in the mountains along the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before a day outside. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and convenient without sacrificing quality. While drive-through burritos from other spots can be greasy and leave you feeling weighed down—especially when you’re planning to be active—Beaumont manages to be lighter and more balanced.

The Beaumont breakfast burrito is filled with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What really elevates it is the sauce—the creamy tomatillo escabeche-style dressing that ties all the flavors together. A great breakfast burrito often comes down to its sauce, and this one delivers.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than an excellent breakfast burrito. The menu also features strong coffee, fresh pastries, and a standout burrata salad. It’s a reliable neighborhood spot with a pleasant patio and an attractively designed interior that makes it a nice place to sit if you have time.
A quick note about timing: popularity brings crowds. On weekends you’ll often find people waiting outside. If you only want coffee and pastries, the quick run-in or drive-through makes grabbing the essentials easy. But if you plan to sit and enjoy a meal, expect a short wait on busy weekend mornings.
Beaumont consistently balances convenience, freshness, and flavor, making it a go-to choice for pre-adventure fuel or a casual breakfast stop in the valley.
