Life has been hectic lately, and I fell behind on meal planning and food organization. When days get chaotic, it’s easy to rely on takeout and skip home-cooked meals. Still, on the rare evenings when I managed to cook, I reached for quick, reliable recipes that use just a few ingredients. One of our family favorites is these Honey Soy Chicken Drumsticks. They’re always a hit — tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced between sweet and savory. Serve them over steamed brown rice with a side of roasted vegetables for a complete, comforting meal that’s ready in a pinch. Enjoy!
