- 1 small head cauliflower (about 1.5 lbs./680 g), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil , or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sea salt , or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper , or to taste

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Add about half the seasoning (oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) to the cauliflower and toss. Add the remaining seasoning and toss again—seasoning in stages helps the florets absorb flavor more evenly. Continue tossing until there is no excess marinade pooling in the bowl.

Arrange the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 12–18 minutes, shaking or gently turning the florets halfway through. Cook until they reach your preferred tenderness and browning.
